For instance, extending your 12-week program to 13 weeks means new clients must start later, resulting in lost revenue and scheduling conflicts. To maintain program effectiveness, I minimize rescheduling and cancellations by confirming our next session at the end of each meeting.

One (1) session reschedule permitted per client during the program
Any additional cancellation will be charged a $270 fee to reschedule.
No refunds provided for cancelled sessions.
