Day 12: A Thank You to the Community

As I wrap up the 12 Days of Mixing series, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been part of this journey since the early days when we were known as stttus. This community has grown into something far more meaningful than I could have imagined.

Thank you to:

  • Every engineer who picked up the phone to learn more about the coaching program

  • Those who shared coffee breaks and studio sessions with me

  • The clients who opened their spaces and shared their stories

  • Everyone who took time to share meals and exchange ideas

  • Those who offered words of encouragement when they were needed most

  • Clients who trusted the vision enough to refer others

  • The ones who influenced me in unexpected ways

  • Those who provided honest, sometimes challenging feedback

  • Everyone who questioned my approach and helped me refine it

  • The clients who made the most challenging coaching sessions into opportunities for mutual growth

  • Those who made the easier sessions feel like conversations between friends

I've watched you push yourselves to live closer to your vision, day after day. Your commitment to growth has been nothing short of inspiring. Through the late nights, the tough revisions, the moments of doubt, and the breakthroughs – you've shown up for yourselves and your craft.

As we enter the holiday season, I hope you're surrounded by the love and joy you deserve. Take this time to rest, reflect, and celebrate with your friends and family. You've earned it.

The new year is just around the corner, and I have absolute confidence in what each of you will achieve. Remember, excellence isn't about perfection – it's about consistent improvement, thoughtful reflection, persistent pursuit of goals, intentional growth, necessary rest, generous sharing, and being open to both giving and receiving.

I believe in you, today and every day.

Thank you, and happy holidays.

With gratitude,
Michael J Morgan
