Helping mix engineers build sustainable careers.

"Working with Michael has been the best investment I've ever made in my mixing career. Better than any piece of equipment or any tutorial."

Have someone build this with you, not just hand you a plan.

In eight weeks, the full Business of Mixing system. Every Build, every framework, rebuilt around your specific business. You leave with tiered pricing live, your pipeline running, your network activated, and a working rhythm you can run without me. Weekly private calls, custom Builds, and a direct line between sessions.

$8,000 (or $333/mo) · 8 Weeks · Weekly Private Calls

The full system, weighted where you most need it.

Eight weeks covers everything the Business of Mixing course covers: pricing, network, pipeline, brand, rhythm, maintenance. The difference is that we don't move through it evenly. We diagnose where you most need depth, lean in there, and move lighter through what you've already got handled. Same scope. Yours, not templated.

Build the operator, not the producer. You already produce. You don't yet operate. That's what we fix.

Phase 1

Numbers and pricing

We make the math undeniable, then rebuild what you charge so it clears the math. You leave this stretch with your Four Numbers Calculator, Actual Rate Audit, and Offer Ladder. A pricing structure that gives clients a decision, not a haggle.

Phase 2

Network and pipeline

The contacts you already have, activated. The outreach you've avoided, scripted. The conversations you flinch away from, drilled live in session. You leave with your Relationship Map, Outreach Script System, Close Menu, and a Business Operating Board so you can see leads move from quote to closed without guessing.

Phase 3

Rhythm and maintenance

A working business runs whether you feel like it or not. We lock in your Weekly Owner Review (the ritual that catches problems before they compound) and your Owner Maintenance Plan, a written protocol for slow weeks, rejection, and the days you'd rather hide in the DAW.

The large, hard questions get answered in real time during sessions, and asynchronously through the direct line in between. Things like: should I fire my manager? Should I leave my market? Can I afford to walk away from this client? You don't have to bank them up. You don't have to wait.

Common questions

Tell me where you're at.

This is not a fit for everyone. Not everyone is accepted. I read every application personally and only take on engineers I believe I can genuinely help.
